Our co-founders have been breaking down barriers in the scientific community and biotech world for decades. Meet Ashley Dombkowski, PhD and Kari Nadeau, MD, PhD, the women behind SpoonfulONE who recognized the urgent need for early multi-allergen introduction and were adamant about creating a solution.
SpoonfulONE is based on the life’s work of Dr. Kari Nadeau, one of the world’s leading pediatric allergists and immunologists and the Director of the Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy and Asthma Research at Stanford University. Dr. Nadeau has spent her entire career working to disrupt and transform the food allergy space.
As the inventor and co-founder of SpoonfulONE, her vision was simple: to make multi-allergen introduction easy and safe for parents.
Dr. Nadeau received her MD and PhD from Harvard Medical School through the NIH MSTP program scholarships. She completed a residency in pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital and a clinical fellowship in asthma and immunology at Stanford and at University of California, San Francisco.
"Introducing foods early isn't just safe. It's a tool for prevention."

SpoonfulOne co-founder and inventor, Dr. Kari Nadeau recently published her groundbreaking book: The End of Food Allergy, a comprehensive look at preventing, diagnosing, and reversing food allergies with key findings from a premier team of trained experts.
